Default My score is 133

I'm not sure how bad this is considered. I do know I've had issues and those areas showed in my score - bipolar and PTSD. And since the health issues this past week, depression and anxiety. Finding a professional in this rural area is nearly impossible. Is on-line help possible does anyone know?
Early detection is the best protection. It saves lives - it did mine.

Thanks for sharing your score. I'm not qualified to speak with regard to how bad your score might be considered. So I'll defer on that point. Yes, there certainly is on-line therapy that is available, including "Betterhelp" on-line counseling. A link to that service is to be found at the top of this page. And there are, I would presume, many others as well. I've never used any of them myself so I can't speak to them... for or against. Of course they're not free. One additional source of on-line mental health support I'm aware of would be the 7 Cups website. Here again, I have not used it myself. But I have seen it recommended by another PC member whose judgement I respect. Here's a link to that website:

Online Therapy & Free Counseling, Someone To Talk To | 7 Cups
