It's called Fabulous and it makes a routine checklist and will walk you through it with pretty animations and gentle sounds. You can also have tasks have a timer (so, for example, you can brush your teeth for 2 minutes). And you can add as many tasks as you want. Here's their website:

Thanks for this list! I gave a look to Calm Harm and it seems it could be useful also for anxiety.

I wonder if there is a good app with guided mindfulness meditation that has a certain number of meditations for free. I used a app called Calm and I liked it a lot, but I finished the free sections. If it was available also in other languages it would be perfect, but also in English would be fine Thanks if someone has suggestions!

Have you tried Headspace? I can't remember if they're paid or free. But there are lots of these on YouTube. I could probably help you find some of the better ones.

Thank you for the suggestion! Now I'm doing the Calm meditations again, since some time passed, but after that I could try Headspace. I'd appreciate suggestions for the YouTube meditations, though I'm more comfortable using a app, but I could try. Better if they aren't too long, or I get distracted
