Just blah. No motivation, or anything. But it is better than a lot of other days I've had. I do try to look at the silver lining.

Work went really well today. I don’t usually work on Sundays and I was working with different people. But I like the people I was working with today. It was just me and a couple other people. Usually I work with a lot of people. There was no drama or gossiping or anything. So I felt fine at work. But my anxiety is kind of bad right now and I’m not sure why.

Good, because I got up earlier and have got started on housework and other things that need doing. I like to get chores done and out of the way earlier so I can forget about them.
