Trig Triggered?

*strong trigger warning*

The last few days my hubby has been super flirty with me which is usually fine but because of my trauma and issues in our relationship we have not been able to be intimate. Last night he got flirty again so we tried, I am not triggered by his flirting it is just that it hurts if we try to go any farther. Well, I have two pictures of T (from his web page) one in his usual business shirt and one in a T shirt... my hubby was wearing the SAME T shirt. He is already jealous of T so I didnít know what to do but I got TOTALLY grossed out. Thankfully I didnít trigger and my mind didnít try to convince me it was T flirting with me... but when I saw just the shirt and not hubbies face I saw T. I am totally grossed out still. Trying to figure out how to get it out of my head. I know T will never wear a T shirt to work and I know if it doesnít get out of my head by next T appointment T will help but I would uh, rather not go there
