I really want to stop feeling lonely. I have no way to get around. Cabs and bus don't run in my area. No one in m family want to take me anywhere. I feel isolated all the time

I feel lonely in crowds and groups. The shame which I feel during this time is crippling. It is difficult to reach out or even go out and be around people even when they are all around. It would be nice to have someone notice me for simply being.

At least, on a forum like this, we can get a sort of logical/cognitive form of connection that helps remove a portion of it. It's not the same as being in the physical presence of someone, but there are days that an internet hug is helpful.
