(((((Fuzzy))))) You are worthy of belonging and self love. I know that for me, depending on where I am mentally / emotionally, sometimes, no matter how much I want it to be, it is just not peachy. It is not sunshiney. It just sucks. But I think that even in our pain, we can take care of ourselves. I see you doing compassionate (and what look to me, like empowering things) for yourself and others. You post lots of supportive messages to others here. And you reach out for help. That can be hard to do for some people. Do you mind me recommending you a book? Self Compassion by Kristin Neff? It is a book I like a lot. There's also Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach. Reading some of this has brought myself peace. Some of the things these authors talk about, are also in the realm of self forgiveness. I wish you rainbows on cloudy days, and starry skies on your dark evenings.

Abusers are excruciatingly insecure and take out their anger on others. Take that anger/hatred and use it for something positive.....in my case (after a childhood of abuse, and abuse by a husband for 31 years; I used that energy and wrote 2 books and started school at 60. There is only one you in the world and you do deserve love and support. Honor all of your feelings, and don't allow anyone to decide who and what you are. YOU get to decide that.
