Default Aches, Pains and Fogginess

I've been experiencing aches and pains all over my body for a while now, since I was eighteen or so. The aches range on a pain scale from mild to moderate to severe depending on--I'm not sure what really. I don't know what triggers it. It just happens now and then and it drives me crazy, because I'm not the kind of person that handles pain well; I have to treat it or else it's going to make me depressed and irritable. Sometimes I scream out of the agonizing pain it causes me; I forget how depressed I am from my dissociative symptoms and my forehead especially is very easy to trigger a tension headache that has a strong emotional component, like sometimes I just feel like screaming and breaking things like an Autistic person would. It's embarrassing feeling so out of control and in pain like I do. I don't like feeling like that. I'm not a she-hulk but sometimes I feel so out of control my head's going to explode, and that wouldn't be good.

I experience body pain now, and have all of my life. Also fogginess/derealisation. I believe that somehow, the physical pain and depression are connected. The pain is very miserable.
