zijax Grand Member zijax has no updates. Member Since: Mar 2016 Location: appalachia Posts: 921 My Mood: 12 hugs given	Asthma-Need To Quit I went to the Dr. yesterday because my asthma was so bad. I can breathe in but I cant breathe out very well. Dr. put me on Prednizone and Flonase and Ventolin. I've been on Ventolin. I smoke half a pack a day. What's better the patch or the gum or vaping? Vaping is still smoke in my lungs so maybe not that one.
