The one I have, with coated chains inside, has a zipper to divide it, so they are light enough to be washed in a regular washingmachine.

I have severe insomnia. My doctor recently gave me trazedone. It doesn't help me sleep but makes me super tired during the day. Its very annoying.

I am not a doctor but once a medication I am using for sleep only gives me 3 hours of sleep--I stop taking it. Trazodone has risks (all medications do) so it seems pointless to take a risk if you are not getting a tangible reward. Of course, if you have been taking it a while--you may need to back off slowly (take 25 mg for a while, etc.)

Lots of good suggestions already. I sleep a little better when I exercise regularly but usually sleep only 5 hours a night. I have mostly learned to accept my situation.....
