Reading a book helps sometimes. Why does it seem so easy to feel like sleeping at the wrong time, a boring lecture, Monday morning, watching TV at night...

When my sleep aid is not working, I try a number of things. I try reading, crossword puzzles, adult films, old movies. Unfortunately, half of the time these things don't work. Since I live in North Hollywood, I often venture down to Hollywood Blvd at midnight. It doesn't matter what day of the week. It doesn't matter what is going on. I find myself wondering the Blvd. at three am. I finally take the subway home mid-morning.

I just discovered that the store Lush has a really good lotion called sleepy. Iíve been using it the last few nights and Iíve been sleeping great. I just have to put it on a couple hours before bed because sometimes Iíll wake up groggy. Iím not exactly sure how something that Iím not putting into my body can make me groggy though....
