The warmer temps today are so much less painful on my knees. I wish we could fast forward and have 50 + weather everyday in March.

Definitely my joints do better in warmer weather. The last two days have been great here in NC--70's and low 80's.

That sounds wonderful! If only it wouldn't ever get hotter than that. They didn't give me any Motrin last night, they probably ran out again, so I have joint pain and a rebound headache.

About a week ago, the wind chill temperature here was -50 degrees F. The air temperature was around -25 to -30. Then it warmed up & we had a mixture of snow & rain which turned to ice. Then we had some more snow... just to keep things interesting. The high temperature yesterday was 0. Today's high temperature is supposed to be around 10... there's more snow in the forecast for tomorrow. Getting our doggie out for his daily walks has been an adventure...

Yikes! We only get about one week of below zero weather, usually in January. We call it Stock Show Weather because the National Western Stock Show is in January in Denver.

Now that my mother has been diagnosed with dementia, I'm even more worried about my cognitive impairment. All day long I struggle to remember what I need to do and in what order. And I'm very forgetful.

I have to stop worrying about it. For now I just pray my mother will be as well as possible for as long as possible.
