0. got to my whole leg. I thought about calling for help with my urges but I went against it because I'll end up SH in front of the cop, EMT and even once I go into evaluation. I just want it out my system

13 days.
 Work seems to be my biggest trigger because I work with an x-acto knife during my entire shift, it is something I need to be aware of and prepare for the urges when they do come. |
