Default Made a list of goals

I put down a list of goals with dates. On an excel spreadsheet and daily i am saying affirmations and doing visualizations as part of my mind power. I'll let you know how it goes. I have things like get a record deal by 6/2019. Things I'm working towards but my ultimate goals are now in writing.

I do a few minutes a day, and incorporate as many details as i can. I also try to add feelings to make it like a video in my mind.

Aviza, that's awesome! That works great and sounds so peaceful. I love that we can visualize in different ways. I shorten my goals into tight sentences and remind myself several times during the day. I see myself doing my goals. So far, it works for me, LOL
