Smile My Goal For The Month

So I decided to set a goal for the month. I want to get at least 6,000 steps a day and do yoga at least 3 times a week.

I normally come up with super elaborate and unrealistic/overly ambitious goals which usually ends up making me feel overwhelmed and not even try to do any of it so I'm starting simpler this time.

Today is October 10th, 2018

I met my goal yesterday, I got around 11,000 steps

Thanks I think I'll raise it to 8,000 steps a day. The yoga I haven't gotten to yet, I will be able to start tonight though
