I'm feeling this right now. I think I prefer the manic side. What about you guys? Does anyone else experience this brain dead feeling?
oh man I am feeling the caving in of my brain. Its hard to talk, listen, and focus. Wish I was manic too. I hear its our reaction to severe depression and anxiety and our natural fight vs flight response. hope we get better.

When I get that way I don't know it. Other people notice.

It's what the meds do, dumb us down so we can fit into society. If they had a pill that would turn us into compliant zombies i don't think they would hesitate to use it. I don't want to cause problems i i just some peace that is internal, able you sit down with not so manwant paranoid thoughts. The brain fog is your brain trying to fight it's way back. The need to find a med that dumbs us down and does not leave us knowing that it's working

I enjoy my brain fog. It's better than the voices and racing thoughts. It kinda gives me a sense of peace.
