Default 34...Smoking biggest factor

My highest was 129 in 2009...I looked at a chart of my sanity score and over the years it decreased and decreased. 34 is pretty good. It said that smoking was my biggest issue which is true, I am working on cutting back and quitting at the end of August.
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
