Default Re Do Score?

Okay so I took the sanity score and got around 137 but then when I left and came back nothing popped up, do I need to re take the test every time I log back into it? Shouldn't it already be saved so I can look at it again?

It should be, and you should see it here: View Sanity Score. That's one of the links in the Your Control Panel menu, by the way.
