I need to put my thoughts into words and share a breakthrough in understanding my relationship problems.

To put it simply: All my problems stem from me being concerned only about my own needs and happiness.

The solution is to put the needs and happiness of the people I love before my own. I am not saying I should not care about my own happiness. The way I should care is picking who will be in my life. Healthy people we love will put your needs first, so in reality it equals out.

Thanks!
