Default Please. Serious advice. Wifes mental state becoming worse and destructive

My wife has always had severe ocd and anxiety. She is also severely delusional and has a constant fearful assumptive thinking process. Not in the sense of me being unfaithful, but always believes the worst outcome will happen before even starting any daily task or situation. The problem is she does not want comfort during these times, but becomes angry and agressive because i dont have these fears. She doesnt use the stove in fear it will start a fire. When i cook im not aloud to leave the kitchen because of her fear. I could give many more examples but i think you get a small idea. If anyone could jump in and help in anyway i would be very grateful. I know im jumping all around, but an important note. She has been prescribed many medications over the years, but because of the listed possible side effects she has always refused to take anything because she is too afraid to.

I'm sorry you're going through this. Is she in any kind of therapy? If she isn't going to take meds she should at least consider therapy as an option. I have a husband who doesn't want to take meds right now, so I understand how helpless it can feel.
