It's good to have 8 or so glasses of water a day. I add lemon to one of mine each day. Others have added fruit of various kinds to theirs. It's a good thing~

I need to add fruits too, otherwise I would rarely drink water because it doesn't have any flavor or the caffeine kicks of coffee, tea, and hot coco's.

I don't like just plain water, so I sometimes drink sparkling water with a fruit flavor.

Before I had weight loss surgery I drank water constantly. I couldn't get enough of it. After my surgery for about eight months I couldn't even take a sip of it. I couldn't stand it. I tried adding flavour and that helped a bit. Then all of a sudden one day, I could stomach it again and I'm back to drinking it. I don't (and can't) drink pop so really I have my one starbucks a day and the rest is tonnes of water. Love my water!
