There is no such thing as a diabetic diet, recipes, or any such thing...it's succy, but, yup, elimination of sugar n carbs really is the winner combo. Lol, shame I didn't know this 3 yr ago.

Totally forgot about this thread. Sugar free cookies that you buy are sickly sweet. Not at all diabetic but I hate sugar and things like grape juice they use to make stuff sweeter. Artificial sweeteners are OK but they don't add to bulk which makes them complicated to bake with.
Lately I sort of lost my appetite so I don't really snack on anything. At most I eat plain yogurt.
