We have a tea called 'sleepy time tea' and amazingly it works great. As a matter of fact, I'm going to make some now!

But because of my morning nausea, I stick to peppermint tea.
Edit. Adding paracetamol and ibuprofen..maybe my head will clear up...I hope.

I'm a lover of Chai and Earl Grey.

Daily, I just drink plain old Orange Pekoe, always Red Rose brand.

I can personally only handle peppermint tea or chamomile. No black tea for me.

I do enjoy without milk sometimes. I find that the vanilla notes come out with milk, and the citrus notes come out more without milk.
