Chocolate. I had weight loss surgery last year and have put four pounds on this week just from all the chocolate Iím eating. Right when I got to a healthy weight. Now I have to try and turn the scales again.

Food group? I wouldn't want to give up any, since they are all needed to some extent. Maybe carbs?

True....We need carbs, (as we are not cats) but not so much of the refined stuff like COOKIES, LOL.

But I wouldn't give up anything, just cut back. Your body even needs some fats, just not a lot obviously, and the healthier kind like in the nuts.

Personally, I've been trying to cut back on sugar or sweet stuff. It's addicting, like a drug. I've been doing it by cutting my PORTIONS in half, like eating just half a cupcake. That way I satisfy my craving without giving it up.

The holidays have been my downfall. I was doing okay until they came around again, and stuff like cake and cookies is comfort food. I've been eating it since the holidays are depressing and lonely for me. Other comfort food is stuff like mac and cheese...They make those holiday treats so attractive too, like with little snowmen on top. I end up buying it. I bet it's on purpose that they do that.

I don't eat stuff I don't like. I had enough of that when I was a kid.
