I don't dislike myself, but I usually mix the best with people who are a little different from me.

I'm an INTJ, my best friend is an ISFJ.

It would be hard to get along with myself because we are both really socially awkward and fail at communication and get frustrated when people don't understand what we're tying to communicate. Maybe eventually but it would take a little while of being around each other to actually communicate.

I like this question. Glad I came across it.

I struggle with this one actually. I used to try to see me from other people's perspectives and thought to myself "God, she's a sad wreck.". I'd be thankful from their perspective not to like or want anything to do with me. This of course buried my self esteem more and more.

But I never tried asking myself if I would like me. I think I would think myself standoffish. Somebody you make brief conversation with but doesn't seem too interested in opening up. I might forever be trying to understand what's really going on with me, but I'd be afraid to ask me too personal of questions for fear I'd take offense. I'd think me a mystery. Nice but what do I really know about her? Nothing. I think I work very hard to project that image. I'm just not easy to get close to at all. I have to trust you and I don't trust many people.

It would be very interesting to meet myself. She would not approach me, at all. I rarely ever approach strangers to start a conversation. I need a reason, since small talk is one of my major challenges. Someone would have to introduce us. At that point, the two of us would stand quiet and wait for the other to speak.

Would I like her? I am not sure. She would certainly come across as unique, quiet and cautious. Perhaps, even a little anxious and awkward.

It makes me wonder if I would find her intimidating. People have described me in this way.
