Default Surviving and Flourishing

I just wanted to provide encouragement to others that not only can you survive what you are going through but that you can thrive at a very high level with happiness and contentment. I have been through alot in my life like virtually everyone here and have been able to negociate this winding road fairly well. I have alot of disorders includng but not limited to PTSD and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). The best thing I have done is talking to you guys, study the disorders to understand them, and hanging onto my faith very tightly. If I can do it with the tangled mess that I have, you can do it. Keep talking, keep learning, you will get there. You can do it. Trust me, you can overcome. Ríght now I am so at peace, and not on meds, it's scary. I'm not sky high, just calm and thankful. Eat well and get as much rest and sleep as you can, it helps alot. I dropped my brother off at a psych hospital a few days ago, he was in real bad shape. I just visited him and with just alot of rest, good food, a couple of meds and talking to people he is 1000% better. Really amazing. Eat lots of eggs they are really, really good for you . Stay tough. God bless. Shalom. :

Thanks Carrie ann, Hopingtrying and Skeezyks for your kindness. We can all get to the promised land, we just have to believe it is possible, which it is.
