Did a small family "party" for my daughter's birthday today. She really seemed happy and excited about it all.

I seem to have lost my voice again today from another cold I have. I'm hoping it's better tomorrow. This bites.

Why??? What's wrong with it??? I honestly can't imagine why it would cost that much... and I have repaired dozens of laptops of various makes and models for various reasons.

Well done, BCM.

I am about to leave for my first board meeting at work. A little nervous, although I know most of the people in attendance.

Well I didn't sleep much last night, I think I'm going to get up and go for a walk before breakfast. If I stay on the street the hotel is on I won't get lost.... didn't sleep too well just did a lot of thinking about stuff L said and came to another insight... the thing I thought I was afraid of, is only part of of what I'm afraid of, happening if I go back to therapy w her. And it's starting to seem that she may have been right after all. Of course. Curses.

I woke this morning from weird restless dreams, gritting my teeth. My whole face hurts from clenching my jaw so tightly. Ugh.

So I walked half a mile this morning before I got so cold I had to come back! It was barely above freezing (per weather.com it was 34 degrees F) so yeah. If I owned a winter coat that would be one thing, but I only had on a sweatshirt over my clothes. It was a nice walk though, the town was very very quiet, nothing much going on that early, I did briefly watch some folks inside a coffee shop through the big window as I walked past. Thinking how from the outside their lives looked so uncomplicated. But probably aren't.
