I take a lot of Wellbutrin along with Effexor. It has helped a lot since my Dr doubled the amount. It helped lift me out of having so many bad days

I take it and think it has helped with my depression. As for anxiety be careful cause it can go either way.

hi. wellbutrin helped my depression, by lifting my mood and providing a bit of energy. the anxiety was a little bit improved, but some people get bad anxiety from wellbutrin, so be aware of that. over time, i found the wellbutrin was a bit too much...i got jittery, and my depression resolved over time, so i dropped it.

It definitely helps my depression, but increased my anxiety when I took it alone years ago. I still take it now, but also take clonazepam, so it all evens out. Gives me a great energy boost!
