Still on a diet and not seeing any results
I've done really well for someone with a food addiction . But I don't see any results . It's very frustrating and makes me want to give up not just with the diet but with life

Feel the same most of the time. I had been dieting but the weight loss was deathly slow and I just dove off and probably have gained it all back.
