Default self control ideas

I need some self control ideas.

my self- control is, to put it bluntly, going to the dogs.

Hi shattered sanity. I am sorry you feel you are lacking in self control. For me self esteem is an important part of my ability to maintain an even course. This article has helped me a lot

My doctor said something similar about self-control. I lost the control because incidents happened that hurt my self-esteem. I didn't trust myself enough. She asked me to practice being positive more often, but I haven't been very successful. What do you usually say or do to yourself that truly helps?
