Just an FYI. I have not tried TMS but when my depression was that bad I did ECT and it helped a lot. There is no pain and I go back to work after having it. Granted I may be the exception to the rule but it was/is the only thing that works for my suicidal depression.

Good luck to you and take care.

Still going but missing appointments too. I hate that! But I am doing the best I can. Depression and chronic pain is kicking my butt.

I would love to hear any updates you have on your TMS treatment. I really want to try it as I'm running out of options. I'm in the Uk so its really expensive and I'm worried about spending a lot of money for no reason. x

I have not been in a while. I didnít have all the treatments suggested but t it usually works or shows some signs of improvement by the 15th treatment and I have had more than that and I am worse now. Doctors said the TMS didnít make me worse, which I believe because my depression was worsening before I started TMS. I donít think Iíll go back and finish my treatments then. Just because it doesnít work for me doesnít mean it wonít work for you. I didnít go as often as I should, my depression is lifelong, since childhood and I had to change providers for treatments, all of which contributed to the failure, I believe.

So I am hoping this works for me. I will update this thread with my experiences and thoughts as I go through so if anyone else is considering it they can learn from my experience, good bad or indifferent.
Going to try to get some sleep soon.

I am currently undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy with Pelorus and my 20-minute sessions are ok. I also have seen some improvements. Sending you positive vibes.
