Default EFT; what are your experiences?

A few years ago I came across EFT and was instantly hooked. I tried it out and it seemed to have some small effect but not as much as I thought it would, I guess maybe I wasn't consistent enough. But I'm thinking of trying it out again and doing it on a more regular basis. So just wondering if anyone else tried it and what your thoughts were?

Ps. If it turns out to have an effect on me I might start a thread and post some updates.

My counsellor mentioned this to me last week but I'm rather unclear about it, sounded a bit new agey tbh

Interested in knowing what this “treatment “ invokes or what it is supposed to help with ...
