Yes , very helpful. Difficult like any trauma work but very worth it. Are you thinking of trying or having it?

Very helpful...it clears out invasive thoughts and gradually the PTSD goes away after a few months... Trauma processing is difficult but I used EMDR after all the trauma was mostly discovered. Finally able to get out of bed and be productive and calm without time slides, ideations, flashbacks, and blackouts. It's very helpful for a return to life and eliminated my agoraphobia because I don't have undesirable effects from going somewhere and getting panic attacks. I actually used EMDR with a professional and I used a few YouTube videos at home.
