In the States CBD is legal everywhere and I doubt they would test for that. Altogether I did not find the THC/CBD hybrid tincture that helpful considering the cost. At this time I am taking a break from everything but vitamins. I don't even want to be dependent on herbals such as valerian. I am pissed off at the lack of information about mental health recovery and how it is affected by the physical i.e.social, environment, electronics etc. I am not drinking alcohol now and am once again practically vegetarian. I probably won't take any job that will require drug testing as that is an invasion of my rights as far as I am concerned. Geez, no wonder I am so stressed. Therapy as I am now experiencing it (phone calls from my health care provider's therapist) is pure nonsense and a waste of time. True recovery has to be radical and off the grid, I think. Thanks for your response.

I wonder how that went for you. I am not doing any of this now. It was an experiment but I decided it was causing me more stress because of possible drug testing at a place of employment. Hope things went well for you.

Off the grid... yes I think that is a huge piece of the puzzle. Wireless radiation/EMFs, artificial light, environmental toxins, noise, fake food. This stuff is destroying human health.

Magnesium can be good for anxiety (and many other things).

Just recently added magnesium. Thanks. As well, just thanks, in general.

It is still a political battle. Since it is legal here I don't care what my doctors say. They are constantly pushing antidepressants which I think is much worse, acting like flying monkey for Big Pharma. Personally I think the herbs valerian and passionflower in combination work as well as THC/CBD. Herbal tinctures aren't cheap, either, though. Passionflower is less sleep inducing than valerian so can be used during the day. I also add Rhodiola in the morning as an adaptogen and energizing herb.

Valerian tried it for sleep it does nothing for me and passionflower is it expensive at local health foods store? I gotta be careful what I take I'm allergic to most things!

Just so u know you can buy clean urine. Sounds gross. I have to say as a former pot head it's the only drug I never built a tolerance too. The amount your taking in your state if you can smoke it publicly then it will be in every ones system. It stays in your system a long time. I really wouldn't worry about it but I know people are age even in states its illegal the % of people who smoke pot is around 60%. I could never tote around the urine.

Personally , I can NOT see how marijuana could not be a benefit.

The main problem is have a constant supply that can be counted on , and that means complete and total legalization of the drug.

Controlled by the states but not limited by the states , in other words , like alcohol , if you want a bottle of Scotch or Bourbon you would go to your state run liquor store or licensed package store and simply buy a bottle.

As it stands today , the states that have marijuana legalized cost more than going to the streets , at least that is what I have been told.

So until it is legal , across the board , all 50 states , then we who want the benefit from it must still fight the system , even where it is legal , so I have been told.
