In the States CBD is legal everywhere and I doubt they would test for that. Altogether I did not find the THC/CBD hybrid tincture that helpful considering the cost. At this time I am taking a break from everything but vitamins. I don't even want to be dependent on herbals such as valerian. I am pissed off at the lack of information about mental health recovery and how it is affected by the physical i.e.social, environment, electronics etc. I am not drinking alcohol now and am once again practically vegetarian. I probably won't take any job that will require drug testing as that is an invasion of my rights as far as I am concerned. Geez, no wonder I am so stressed. Therapy as I am now experiencing it (phone calls from my health care provider's therapist) is pure nonsense and a waste of time. True recovery has to be radical and off the grid, I think. Thanks for your response.

I wonder how that went for you. I am not doing any of this now. It was an experiment but I decided it was causing me more stress because of possible drug testing at a place of employment. Hope things went well for you.

Off the grid... yes I think that is a huge piece of the puzzle. Wireless radiation/EMFs, artificial light, environmental toxins, noise, fake food. This stuff is destroying human health.

Magnesium can be good for anxiety (and many other things).

Just recently added magnesium. Thanks. As well, just thanks, in general.
