Default Mother

I don't like my Mother sometimes. She has mental health issues + she is elderly + somewhat narcisstic. It's awful. I want a healthy family that is not so ignorant. I want someone who has a clue & is not clueless. I'm so angry right now. Time for a brief walk

I can sadly relate. I wish I had a family that made me feel like I mattered...

There is someone I live with that irritates me more often then not. Do you live with your mom and family? If so, can you move out or limit exposure? If not, you could stay busy and away from the house or apartment? In the summer, I go to the community pool next door all day for a break. Is there something you could do? I know how hard it can be to spend lots of time around people who we dislike or who irritates us. Taking a walk was a good idea. Best wishes.
