1. this forum (it's such a good resource!)

2. my music and the fact that their's so much music out their still waiting to be discovered

3. physical hugs. I am finding more and more that I really apreciate it when someone takes the time to hug me

1/ Clean water to drink
2/ Sleep
3/ Central heating and warm clothes
4/ My friend who grows delicious apples and pears
5/ Not living in an environment of extreme violence any more
6/ Plants which grow shoots as soon as anything meets their needs, even in winter
7/ Having options
8/ Being less on the breadline than I was before
9/ Chatting on Psych Central
10/ Strangers in buses who smile at me for no particular reason
11/ The stuffed bear collection
12/ One person who had the courage to step in when I was younger, and who never knew how much she helped me.
13/ Nature, and birds singing in winter
