So sorry you are struggling Skiguy. What brings you comfort? Feel free to check out the music thread in the Depression section: 'share some music which soothes or energizes you.' Maybe a song or two on there will being you solace.

Any particular thought troubling you today that we could help you work through on PC?

Ever try guided meditation? There are some wonderful videos online which help me when I feel rough.
