Default Are there any real ways to treat/fix frontal lobe damage?

I think the biggest issue in my ailments is a damaged frontal lobe. I always feel this pressure in my forehead, and whenever I exercise, concentration, eat, drink, or smoke anything, I can feel it having an affect on my frontal lobe, like it either makes it tighter in pressure or looser, but the issue stays there.

It seems to be causing all these other weird symptoms sometimes too:
- Random body aches/tightening. (mostly in my chest, left arm, and left side of body)
- Crawling/pinching sensation on skin. (seems to happen anywhere on my body)
- Visual distortions. (after-images of objects, and a distortion/snow that appears on things sometimes randomly, mostly on walls, impairment of distance/depth)
- Audio distortions. (things can become randomly louder or quieter for no reason, sometimes I can't tell the direction a sound is coming from, sometimes hear radio chatter in white noise)
- Occasional but subtle anxiety/panic attacks. (can't even feel my heartbeat anymore, but sometimes get randomly nervous and experience a tightness in my heart)
- Personality disorder. (can talk to people, but seem to lost my ability to truly connect to people, or hold a conversation. People don't seem to know how to react, because my social skills appear intact, but I'm clearly not all there like I should be. Also sometimes get mental loop that makes me talk to myself and I have to try my best to hide it.)

About 5 years ago, I felt my frontal lobe just tear and rupture out of no where, and I haven't been the same since. It makes me severely depressed sometimes, even suicidal, and my social skills and interactions feel permanently impaired. I've just been up and down, struggling to sleep, work, and function as a normal person ever since. And I don't think I'll ever be able to function in society again unless I fix this issue.

Anyone have any ideas how I can treat or fix this issue? I'm never going to live a normal life again unless I fix this.

Yes, have you talked to a doctor about this problem?

Yes and they don't help at all. I don't even take doctors seriously, they're a waste of time. But I'm sure I've figured out a way to fix this problem now, got to give it some weeks probably.
