Default Sugar free gummy bears?

Has anyone heard that sugar free gummy bears cause really bad diarrihea and stomach issues? Itís the stuff of internet lore. Iím not sure if itís real. The amazon reviews are hilarious. I bought a bag today. They do actually have a warning on the back. Iím really constipated and itís making my other current issues worse. Iím hoping these will work. I plan on eating them on the weekend when I donít work. Some of the reviews say itís could get very bad.

Does anyone have experience with sugar free gummy bears or sugar free candy in general?

Sugar free candy, protein bars, fiber bars. Oh yeah. Stay out of the swimming pool this weekend! You wont be able to "trust" your farts.

Also, ya know, its like our mothers had ONE JOB, and that was to toilet train us? That also means to teach us how to eat so we poop regular and get on with our day!!! I was constipated most of my adult life. I finally figured it out. Like when i was 60. You wanna get it done before that!

I usually alternate between being really regular and constipated for 10 days to 2 weeks at a time. Iím eating the same stuff all the time. Itís weird.

I had 4 of them today. While it wasnít anywhere near as dramatic as the reviews, it did work the way I wanted it to.

I think it's the sugar alcohol in them that makes you go!
