I was 146.8 today. Tomorrow, I want to get some nacho fries from Taco Bell. They have 400 calories. I kind of want to get two boxes. Iím not sure thatís a good idea. That leaves me with 400 calories for the day. I guess if I have a piece of baked chicken for dinner at 110 calories. And 45 calories of steamed squash, that will leave me with 245 calories for a lean cuisine for a snack. It will work out.

Up a pound even though I ate ~1600 yesterday, just normal bouncing around. 157.

I was 148 today. I thought I was going to be 151 again. I had some string cheese for breakfast and then Iím getting Taco Bell for lunch, and then dinner is going to be baked chicken. It should equal to 1200 calories.

I am BAAACK!

I definitely have gained at least five pounds of fat. I will weigh in tomorrow morning. I suspect maybe 178 pounds. I am going to try to convert this into some type of muscle. Despite the cold weather here, I will need to get back into my regiment which includes running. I am sure my fitness has dropped some, so I should not have high expectations on my first couple of runs. I will add that I started once again to monitor my calories. Recently, I have been keeping it at a maintenance level of about 2100 calories. So my secret formula to gain weight is to stop watching calories, and eat flavorful foods. Hmmm...I have heard about this before.

@Tucson - glad you are back; I was concerned about your disappearance.

I am just under 158 this morning. I went over quite a bit yesterday. Nearly all the overage happened late; my daughter got in from college and wanted to go out to IHOP. So due to the timing I know it is a bigger spike than gain. I hope to get some exercise today or tonight.

I weigh 177 pounds. It is cold outside. I may go to the fitness center to run on the elliptical and treadmill machines instead of running outside. Perhaps a few reps on the weight lifting machines. I am interested in burning off 250 to 300 calories in this way.

I was 147.6 today. I was slightly frustrated at the scale. I was hoping to be 146. I did weigh myself 2.5 hours earlier than yesterday. Today, I had some string cheese, a Hot Pocket and a chocolate peanut butter Twinkie. In about an hour Iím going to have a Toaster Scrambler. Dinner will be spaghetti tacos. It will all add up to around 1200 calories.

Going lower today to help make up for yesterday. was thinking about doing cardio today/tonight but changed my mind. I have had some shoulder pain the last couple of days and I think I have been overdoing it with the "slight use" of my left arm. It's only been 8 days since surgery.

I weigh still 21 stones almost 22 stones ,317 pounds,144 kg.I have not lost weight and am not making progress.This is my fault I have mostly stopped sweets and cakes but I swapped these sweet things for bread and toasted crumpets and I am still eating at the pub which is high calorie.I need to stick to 1200 calories a day and not allow my favourite comfort foods and I need to try walk more and at least do some kind of exercise.I know I can do this.I control what goes into my mouth and I can lose 50 pound a month if I stick to it.I will do this.I can do this.

Today my calories were 1500,so 300 over what they should be.I need to tweak it so that I am down to 1200 calories a day.Tomorrow I have written a plan what to eat to only consume 1200 calories.If I plan my meals and stick to eating only what is in the plan it should work.Lets see how it goes over the next month.

I have consumed 2232 calories. That pastry did not help. I will push myself to go to the fitness center for today, even though it may be for only an hour.
