I have to admit that the plan was too "heavy" for my condition.

Today, Friday; the most important "things" to focus upon are:

- Ten minutes on, ten minutes off: doing work in the house
- Grocery

Good wishes to each one of you!

Haven't done anything today but prepare myself some food. Slept a lot. I was tired. I didn't sleep well last night. Not sure what I'll do the rest of the day. Probably take it easy and try to prepare more food for later.

Made myself a tomato salad for dinner. I also cleaned the litter box and emptied the trash and cleaned off my kitchen counter. Today my main goal is to get a shower. That might get me motivated to do other things.

Finally got my shower. Worked with my mom and nephew today to get my walker put together. I'll have that to go places now. I'm so glad. Tomorrow I will take care of my car.
