I couldn't bathe or brush my teeth in the night before going tp sleep. Also I couldn't do my eve exercises fully.

My goals for monday would remain the same.

Keep going! Remember Albert Einstein tried 99 times before he succeeded with the light bulb. If he had given up at 98 we would still have had to use oil lamps (and no internet).

I have had a lot to do (in my eyes ) today. One of the things I have done has been repeating underlined topics in "Breaking the patterns of depression" by Dr. Yapko. I am so "in love" with the methods presented in that book. Today I have been focusing on important aspects of depression like "Learning to Tolerate Ambiguity", "Internal - External Attributions", "Stable - Unstable Attribution" and "Attributional style and Productivity".

I have thought about the connection between "dark thoughts" and the immune system as well. I want to do as much as possible to get a good balance between different "parts" ...

My long term goal is:

1) Eat more and more healthy.
2) To keep my prayer-life in order.
3) To do physical training. (I have already ordered a stretch band).
4) Use relaxation tapes.
5) A daily walk for at least 30 minutes.
6) Be able to join a tour group soon.
7) To do the dishes every day.
8) To keep my home in order to feel good
9) To join some thing for fun at least two times a month.

My plans for to morrow:

- Up immediately when I wake up (no specific time).
- Morning prayer.
- Blood glucose test.
- Water and medication.
- Breakfast
- Do the dishes
- A little rest and some food.
- Walk a short walk, go to a cloth shop and then grocery
- Lunch
- Rest
- Prepare for confession later in the week
- Write a list for how to use the rest of the day included when to pray.

Hope to manage!

May you all manage at least some of the goals you have intended for yourself!

I woke up at 6:15 AM and got ready to take my daughter to school. Then I had breakfast. I started tackling my restroom. I cleaned out the tub. I swept the floor. Then I cleaned the toilet. Next I just need to mop the floor. I took out the kitchen trash and went to the grocery store. Next I need to unload the clean dishes and load more dishes in the sink. Good luck everyone

I have eaten nuts and berries in between meals.

I have found an extraordinary relaxing method. I works for me, but I cannot guarantee that it works for you. When I play the tape I really do relax either if I'm writing or doing the dishes. Here it is. Please don't laugh! I only thought that since it helps me, why not give others a chance to try it out:

When it comes for my plans for this day I have done almost everything on the plan. I feel satisfied with that.

My plan for tomorrow:

- Up immediately when I wake up (no specific time).
- Morning prayer.
- Blood glucose test.
- Water and medication.
- Morning prayer.
- Start the washing-machine.
- Breakfast.
- Walking outside.
- Lunch.
-Take some telephones.
- Make list for the rest of the day.
- Dishes after dinner.

I send good thoughts your way!

Today I wake up at 6:15 AM. I was helping my mom for a for hours at her business. Afterwards I ran errands for my grandmother. I picked up her prescriptions. I picked up some soup for her. Then I went to her house. She wanted me to take her to get batteries. I did. We watched Judge Judy together then I headed back to my city.
