Default False dawn?

I had a great day! The best in many months. And I was at work, with the aggressive boss who has been causing me a lot of problems.

I'm a few weeks into taking my first-ever antidepressant.

Is it a fluke, or do you think it might last?

It may last. This is how I felt after the first month of my second-ever med try (the first one didn't help much at all). I also wondered if it was a fluke, but it continued to make things manageable. That was just July, so I'm only three months in, and I feel a lot better overall.

Don't get discouraged if there are still some major downswings. They still can happen, but if the medication is doing its job, they will be easier to manage, and/or shorter in duration.

I love hearing that you had a great day . But I get the cautiousness. I'm still cautious too, and worry a little about the effect wearing off. I hope this is the start of a new, more manageable chapter in your life!

Thanks so much, guys.

I'm scared to get my hopes up.

That's very kind of you, Bjornen.

It was so strange. All the usual stresses occurred, several times. I reached inside myself, as I always do. And something was there!

I hope it lasts! It’s a good sign; this is when the med is supposed to kick in. I think it will stick.

You think this is when it would happen?

Wow. Imagine if it sticks...

Thank you.
