well it is, but it's not like I fully recovered if that makes sense
Makes perfect sense, all depends how severe it affects you, not many people fully recovered from conditions like clinical depression. it always seems to linger deep down I'm the back of the mind.

Might add, that they never fully recover, but they can massively improve. I worded that a bit wrong sorry, and im happy to be supportive to you!
