I would presume so...as I have only provided one email address when I registered to this site

You could go to Edit Your Details and click on Change Your Email Address just to verify that it has the address you're checking. You aren't required to change your address just because you click on it. Just a thought.

Already did that, I only have 2 email accounts...one personal and one work email account.

I only registered using one email account...which appears in my profile details.

Okay ... I think I got this. The reminders for chat where it says: "There's a live chat happening now" are appearing 1 hour after the chat has finished.

For example, the Working with Mental Illness chat was scheduled for 1:00pm-2:00pm; Melbourne Australia; on the current settings on my calendar - which is correct; as this is when the chat occurred.

The notification telling me there's a live chat happening now showed 1 hour after the chat between 2:00pm-3:00pm.

Just to clarify - here's what my calendar said:

This event occurs every 1 week(s) on Wednesday
08-12-16 to 31-12-19*
01:00 PM to 02:00 PM
*This event was posted for time zone so it will appear to occur on a different day on your calendar.
