Default Can\'t locate HTML/ error

Geting the following error. What can be the cause?

500 Can't locate HTML/ in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .)

You need the libwww-perl module installed on your system, which apparently it's not finding. Check with your server's administrator for how to get this installed, and also check the programs requirements on the download page. Sorry!
