Default angry with myself

There's changes I'm trying to make it my life to be less socially isolated, but struggling physically due to chronic muscle pain, weakness and shakiness. It's from my meds and weight - I have Anorexia Nervosa [plus].

I realise that I get angry with myself and try to fight my weakness. Physically that is at the moment [though likely emotionally too] and this isn't working, but how else to survive?

Thanks for sharing this. I hope that in some way you are able to find ways to make the changes you want to make.

Thanks.

It got so much worse this afternoon, but has eased again now. I can't carry on with things as they are, that is clear.
