I'm headed down to the campus area of town (I live in a city with a major university) for a meeting/orientation for a sort-of job. I'm mostly looking to see if it's something I can do, with the restrictions I still have. What I know about it, I should be able to, but we will see.

We had a rough night last night. Belle got sick around midnight and started coughing and choking. We lost a lot of sleep, but she's doing better now.

I go to the eye Dr. today. I hope he can fix this, whatever it is. Blurry vision is not good. I'm taking Pocket Riders with me!
You know who you are!

I hope everyone has a great day.

it's a bit silly, but i have trouble telling people i had a lovely day, when they are suffering so much, but i did~!
everyone was so helpful and kind; everything went well; the day was bright and warm; and i got everything i needed at the store~!

of course now i'm exhausted, and tomorrow i'll be sore, but hey, what's that in the great scheme of things ?

i wish the same for ALL OF YOU~!!!!

Hey everyone !

Canít reply to everyone but I feel good, happy or tearful with whatever you have going on.

Currently driving back to Florida and with every mile my mood is getting darker and anger that was starting to fade is coming back.

Sorry for such a downer post

Gus, I have similar feelings. I'm uncomfortable posting when things are going well. Yet I enjoy reading posts like your talking about something good that happened for someone.

Any one find that they are tensing their muscles? I'm beginning to think I do that when I get stressed and get more pain.

I take Cymbalta and it helps, but I still have some aching, on top of pain from spinal arthritis.

Yes, please do let us know when you all are doing well. I care and I take comfort that sometimes we can be virtually pain free.

Hugs to you all. (A gentle one)

Trav, I definitely tense up when stressed. Also tense when I hurt. With both the tight muscles contribute to the pain, which makes me tense more, so muscles tense and around we go. I found heat helps me - hot shower, soak in tub, hot packs, that sort of thing.
