Hi everyone. In the discussion Thursday we talked about how we are trying to cope with the holidays and many people shared their ways to deal with the trying times coming up.

Next week on Thursday Dec 13th we will take up the theme of "Loneliness and finding ways to cope" at 8PM EST till 9PM. Hope to see you there.
