I don't understand what you dislike about watching yourself naked.. sometimes I thought that if one has a fit body he will look as fit as when he is dressed, because clothes will adeguate to it's shape.. then seeing other first person views of other bodies helped me believe that mine is closer to what my ideal one is..

Alright I'll give it a shot. Today I feel like my appearence is ruined by my bad mood, since I move in a rigid way and constantly have worried or awkward expressions on my face. In this period I'm trying to dress as I like and it's going well at least

today I am wearing red.

I do like red, and as an added bonus, it actually fits me

I didn't want to post because I've already said I was feeling better with this etc., but now I'm not.
I fell in love so easily as always and got rejected as always, this destroyed my self esteem and all I can think of is how much I'm worthless, physically and as a person

I completely lost it today

someone was having a joke with me about hair and asked to have a look at my face, and before I knew what I was doing, I almost attacked them.

I hate being looked at!

Think of it like this. It was a joke and a person wanted to make you laugh and feel joy. If there was really something wrong with your face, that person wouldn't make fun of it and purposely point it out because that would just be cruel, and 95% of ppl r not that messed up. (Would someone make a joke to a paraplegic person about how they can't walk?) Therefore, that person genuinely believes that your face looks just fine and knows that joking about it will do no harm. So the fact that they feel comfortable to joke about your face actually means that your face looks good. Does my explanation make sense?
