Default Re: Adult ADHD - late diagnosis - anyone else?

I am 65. Was recently diagnosed with inattentive ADHD. Knew about Hyperactive but I couldn't own it. Have been taking short-acting stimulants for about 11 years. Off-label use for depression. Have been to many psychiatrists over the years for depression. No success with any SSRIs' and I have been on all of them. I had one psychiatrist flip-out on me when I asked about stimulants for treatment of depression. GP put me on generic Adderall when I requested. Only drug that gave me any relief from all my co-morbid MH diagnosis. Going back to current MH doc in January. I relate to symptoms of RSD. Just found out about condition. Want to try hypertensive drugs for treatment of that condition. I have had borderline hypertension for years may be able to get double bang for my buck.
